Sounds like you have a personal problem you need to deal with, I am also a minority and lived here for a long time... I don't think they have a problem at all really they've been very friendly to me and the rest of my family. I think maybe your problem is in your head or maybe you need to change your approach dealing with people.

after three great years at the clubs, i moved out in december only because i took advantage of falling house prices and bought a new home. during my tenure, i not only saw a multi-racial tenant mix but a multi-racial staff mix as well. i never saw any inter-racial tension. never. i observed the staff to be not only courteous to everybody but exceptionally responsive to any problem that i brought before them. i'm a codger and i've learned this to be a good rule for life: when you treat others respectfully, you can expect them to return the favor.
