I lived in a one bdr at Cobblestone Creek. It cost $575.00 and was 600 sq ft. While the size was great, the A/C died and had to be repaired. Then the it started leaking and I had to put down a bowl to catch the water until it could be repaired. Also, the faucet ont he bathroom sink fell off.
Another problem are noisy students from nearby UNLV who choose to live at Cobblestone. I lived on the second floor and the people below and above me were quite noisy until I filed several housing complaints against them.
The management is good about fixing broken amenities and is presently renovating the complexes. In addition, one of the pools is heated and there is a spartan exercise room.
Parking spaces are assigned, however I did have a minor problem with people parking in my spot three times.
The best feature is the elevator; no lugging groceries up the stairs. Lastly, the complex was built in the 70s, so it is not state of the art. qmzu4EHcaGAPVCPw2Fai
