Negotiate your lease and get a great home From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/23/2006 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   I loved my time at Cobblestone Creek. I went to an apartment housing service to search for apartments. I did this because landlords offer lower rent to people who are obviously shopping around. I paid $555 for a large 1-bed, first floor right next to the small pool. I believe it is normally $595 $15(for a pool view) = $610. When it comes time for a contract renewal they wanted an extra $55 per month. You can negotiate a lower rent if you behave in a respectable manner in front of them. They tend to be nice if you seem like the tenant that doesnât cause any problems. Behind their back I had a pool party every night. This apartment is in a great location. It is close to the strip, UNLV, the Hard Rock and the airport. There is noise from the planes though. But it is bearable. I highly recommend this place.
