Very happy! From: dncdncdnc80 Date posted: 7/5/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   I was freaking out about moving to Las Vegas for a new job. I came to this unit sight unseen after a friend who lives in one of ConAm's more expensive properties recommended this one. Well, I got lucky! The rent is very reasonable considering how close you are to the Strip and much much nicer than a lot of the places in the surrounding neighborhood- a diamond in the rough! Beautiful grounds, 2 great pools, the office staff treats you like a neighbor, the security guard is very attentive, and the maintenance staff is always present, very prompt and courteous. I love the sound of planes, however, there is little noise from them between 12 a.m. and 6 a.m. They also negotiated my lease to suit my needs. I love it here!
