Con Am Management properties don't give Money's worth

I have lived here for over a year. in the last 6 months I have had continuous difficulty trying to use the exercise amenities, INCLUDED IN WITH MY RENT! I KEEP REPORTING TO MANAGEMENT OFFICE AT: Ridgeview Place Apartments, 3310 Knoll Lane, Colorado Springs, CO 80917 that the door to exercise room will not open. They then claim it has been repaired and in working order. Less than 24 hours later I go to use the room and the code lock on the door STILL WILL NOT WORK PROPERLY!!! WHAT THE HELL AM I PAYING FOR''''' Their phone # is 719-597-6150. Con Am just hiked up my fees for rent! If you hike up rent, then my demands increase requiring that PROPER MAINTENANCE AND UPKEEP BE PERFORMED APPROPRIATELY!
