The area around the office and club house is kept very clean and nice. Over on the other side, the pool is filthy and the locks don't open so someone has bent the bars of the fence to get in. There is a constant layer of trash and broken glass scattered round. Our apartment is infested with roaches. They told us the units were being renovated before we moved in, but all they did was put a coat of white paint over EVERYTHING(shower tile, bath tub, kitchen counters and cabinets. Half the time, only a few of the machines in the nearest laundry room are working. There is graffiti and broken siding all over the place. Our mail room is a joke. It is constantly being broken into, so they limited the hours that residents would have access. This only resulted in the door being broken in. In the last 3 weeks, there have been 5 apartments vacated in the 3 buildings around mine. There was even a bomb scare across from us. It's not worth it to put my kids in danger. We will be moving as soon as we find a new place to live.
