Place from Hell... don't do it!

I have only been here a few months and regret it EVERYDAY!
First, I have made several requests for some simple things to be fixed, which haven't worked since I moved in. Still, I wait for them to be fixed. Every time I stop in the office to make another request for the work to be done, I am assured it will be taken care of right away. The office staff consists of one girl who is hardly ever there. Obviously taking care of the tennents isn't a priority since this place has been sold and changed into condos. NO offense, but the asking price for my LITTLE one bedroom is outrageous.
There has been chainsaws running outside my bedroom at 5:30 in the morning, large cranes and lifts moving about at 6:00 in the morning. Needless to say, this isn't how I want to wake up on my days off.
The garbage dumpsters are always overflowing. The gate that keeps the dumpsters is always open, and garbage flows into the street.
This place has been a nightmare to live at.
