They did not give us (tenants) 120 days notice of conversion as they needed to by law they sent me a letter on 12-7 that said we had to move on 12-15... B.S. I called the media and i contacted the Southern Nevada Apartment Association the letter is not legal and they told me that they had no right to do that... They are not playing by the books... I am considering a small claims law suit... The painted the railing by the mail room the other day and since there is no latch to that gate you have to tounh it to get in... There was no note saying WET PAINT and the paint got all over my work uniform... Of Coarse I called the office and left a message as to the incident and I was expecting them to at LEAST admitt there wrong, and pay for my drycleaning to get the paint out... Did I get a call back??? absolutely not... MARCY is supposedly the current property manager and everything is "not my fault" to her... NEWS FLASH::: I'm a leasing agent at an a property, and when your property has so many problems, especially maintence it IS YOUR FAULT! I hate this place, I hope they go bankrupt... and don't sell a single one!
