I moved into the complex about a year ago and just a few months back re-signed my lease. Little did I know that only a month down the road I would experience 2 of the worst neighbors, not in one apartment but two. After a number of complaints to management (other neighbors complaining as well) they are still living on the property. I don't know how they are a "three strike" property when I know of at least 4-5 complaints have been made on these people. Other than that recent activity I really enjoy living there. It is a bit hard to get in and out of the community, but this also helps to reduce traffic from coming in when they shouldn't be. The office staff is great and maintenance responds quickly.

Are you aware that these is a nuisance law. And you can be compensated for it. The management has to do something about it or you may be entitled to witheld rent. Contact an attorney for tenants and knows your rights. Send letters certified to the management and let them know the laws of nevada in regards to nuisance.

I am having the same problem with 2 girls that live next door to me. The police have been in and out of their unit a few times over the past week. They are loud and up all hours of the night with people coming in and out. I really enjoyed living in my complex until they moved in. PLUS they have taken one of the customer parking spots so when I have people come out they have to walk a ways to visit me. I have complained but nothing yet.
