Dont move into Copper Sands!!!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
Here are several reasons not to live at copp-er sands:
1. the front office is APATHETIC
(pest control hasn't showed' oh well. pool is locked' oh well. carpet looks like ----' oh well)
2. the complex is filled with transients and unsavory types. like living where people hang there clothes out to dry on the patio' this is it. like living next to drug dealers/pimps/criminals' this is it. like seeing the cops arrest your neighbors' this is it.
3. dead body found in dumpster. does this need further explanation'
4.suicide
5.homocide
6.break-ins < sands is not worth it!!!!!
