I would not recommend anyone to live at Copper Sands. The office is always closed and takes them almost a week for the management to call you back after you leave a hundred messages because no one answers the phones. They fine you for stupid things to make extra money and security sucks! They keep getting new and cheap security companies which don't do crap for anyone, and take the HOA money that we pay for their pockets, instead of increasing securities so that residents can feel safe! This place is a disaster! Houses and cars get broken into weekly, if not daily here and no security guard around anywhere! The management & HOA don't do anything or give a rats ass if you're place gets robbed! And the security guards are funny looking, fat or too old to do anything! The police department don't even want to come down here for any crime, unless someone has been killed, has a gun or is being robbed at gun point. They are tired of coming down here and taking reports of crimes because they said that the security company should prevent it from happening, but don't do ----! So, no people, trust me, take it from someone that's been a victim of car theft and a break in, do NOT move to Copper Sands! Too many wanna be gang members and low life punks here, that belong in jail just wondering around the complex all day everyday! It's not a safe place, unless you walk around with a gun on you, to protect yourself and feel safe, because the HOA, the management & securities don't give a crap about anyone, but their own wallets and money! Trust me I'm not lying, just ask anyone that lives here!
