It's been alright so far... I've lived here almost a year and haven't had too many complaints. The rent is decent for what it is. I could do away with some of the five millions kids that live around here, but I guess I can't really control that. It definitely is separated - ghetto and not-so-ghetto, but I live in the not-so-ghetto side and it works. The only problem I have had is the handbills I keep receiving from this crappy pizza places. I would recommend this place to someone. The rent is cheap enough and the people are decent, for the most part. The management is ok too.
