A lot of "ghetto" noisy dangerous looking people who are in their 20s and related to new people moving in are hanging out outside at night and screaming by the Bar-B-Qs. After multiple complaints, no one stopped it and even asked them to be quiet. MY relatives, who are clean-looking hard-working people were harassed however by the staff!!! And after I complained about it, they were forbidden to visit me! I need help my husband can't always provide and my relatives were, so I had to move! A few days before I did, I saw the rudest staff person there, a -------------------------, "hanging out" on her off time with one of the individuals who's relatives cause problems and noise there. I overheard her bad-mouth me and my family and admitting to causing me grief at the gentleman's demand! A horrible experience in all. These people are biased and take the liberty to not do their job well and make it personal. Also, parking is VERY FAR from most apartments, and my heater and air-conditioning broke down all the time and needed multiple visits for each problem.

As long as people have to live together there will be clashes. The comfort level varies and has to be adjusted by each affected person. It should also be remembered that the police will respond to nuisance calls and any citizen is free to make such a call.

I have gieven notice because of the management company, I do not believe that the owners the Gaines Trust in Caliornia, understand what is really going on with this property. They have entusted this mangement company to have good peopel come to thisa property to live and work and they let them go when they begin to make a difference. Money wasted on this management comapny. They do not care about the residents. They do not care about the people they hire The staff currently working is tired, overworked, and underpaid We had a new manager come and leave with no explaination We had no pleasant people from the coooperate office there, the supervisior who comes in dresses and looks like she should be on the corner of las vegas blvd, -------showing. You hear hear their conversation about drinking, meeting men and sleeping with whoever, this is not what we want. We want to have good things said abotu the place where we live. I am going to move to another more beautiful senior complex.

This post and the negative response were made by a disgruntled employee who is no longer with the company. The personal attack to the supervisor, the noise, and other property irrelevant ranting is false. Visit the property and meet the staff to find out for yourself.

I lived here for five years and it was the best five years of my life. If it weren't for personal reasons I would have stayed here forever. I found the staff responsive and attentive and proffesional. Everyone is very helpful, Caring and friendly.

Amazing community! Not only Wonderful but caring staff. Ofcourse no one and no place is perfect but I absolutely love this place. Definitely a great place to retire. Realize that these negative posts are from 5years ago...
