Nice, but needs work! From: SuBoddie Date posted: 5/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   The apartments are spacious, the grounds are lovely with plentiful seating and cool walkways. The gate guards are invariably friendly and helpful. However, the response to tenant requirements leaves a great deal to be desired. There is no advanced warning that the HVAC system needs to be switched seasonally and the request to do so is not immediately answered. Beware, if you don't want to spend time living in a 90 degree dwelling. Get your requests in early in the season!!
