The buildings are not sound proof! Fifteen months ago [1/06] the property was sold and a new management team came on board. SINCE THEN THEY HAVE CUT DOWN 12-15 30' TALL EVERGREENS ALONG VALLEY VIEW BL. WHICH ACTED AS SHADE & A SOUND BARRIER FOR THE ADJCENT APTS., LAST SUMMER REMOVED THE SWAMP COOLER FROM THE LAUNDRY ROOM, REMOVED THE DOORS FROM THE GARBAGE BIN STORAGE AREAS RATHER THAN REPAIR THEM,AND AS OF mAY 1, 2006 WILL DO AWAY WITH OUR RESERVED COVERED PARKING, REPLACE ONE SIDEWALK SLAB AND PUT NEW DESK IN THE FRONT OFFICE.
