Not for anything but the apts are way pverpriced although they are mostlt large.
When my boyfriend and i moved in the carpets were still wet, they had only cleaned them the night before our move-in date. Also things were dusty, and the guys that were cleaning left shoe tracks all over both bathrooms. After our lease was up we left and they never even bothered to send us our deposits. So we called them and of course they wanted to keep as much as possible. So they decided to do the whole carpet etc. with a portion of it and charge us...so we got some of the deposit back, Mind if we hadn't called they would have kept it. This was like 3 months after we moved. they have a very 70's staff and apts.

Wow!! Sorry to hear of these problems, Jennaj! How time flies... I moved into the MARK I TOWER at 1020 D.I. Road just the other day -- on July 2, 1976, to be exact. CCT and MARK I were to of the two top addresses in Las vegas back then in the mid-1970s... Only Regency Towers was a better address. I was considering to move to the CTT in 1997 when I decided to move out of the Mark I, but moved into a house instead. Hard to believe that in that formerly top area, things have gotten this bad! And the prices!! California sounds cheap in comparison! And they have the Ocean, at least.
