water heaters From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/11/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   The water heaters are soo old that when you get in the shower you only have about 5-8 minutes to shower. Because your hot water would run out! I like to take baths and this was never enough. You could NEVER fill the tub up. In the entire year i lived there i never took a bath only showers. The electricity bill was extremely high because the apts. had no insulation. They were very 70'S all the way. SoME Apts are being renovated however your lucky if youget one of those because they jacked up the rents on those units. The dog run is small and relatively clean but still smells bad. They have a large area behind the wall of the dog run, not sure why they don't just make it larger for the dogs. Probably because they are so cheap.
