Yes- CCT has beautiful views, but that is all that it has. For a place that charges between $1200- 4000 a month, the apartments are 3 times what they should be. The building is constantly under repair. Something breaks constantly. The water heaters in the apartments only give you 6-8 minutes of hot water and use $80.00 in electricity a month. The average tenant has a $300- 400. a month electric bill. The doormen are frequently asleep at their post. The people in the office are incompetent. There are many drug dealers and hookers living in the building. One night I came home to two dozen police officers with their guns raised looking for one of the drug dealers. Still to this day i have not received my security deposit back. The management tried to send a collection agency after me for thousands of dollars to replace the carpeting and other odd charges. After sending a letter to the collection agency, they responded with a letter of apology to me. The property owners, who also own Mark I and Crystal Court, seem to be incapable of telling the truth.

Wow!! Sorry to hear of these problems, Padre! How time flies... I moved into the MARK I TOWER at 1020 D.I. Road just the other day -- on July 2, 1976, to be exact. CCT and MARK I were to of the two top addresses in Las vegas back then in the mid-1970s... Only Regency Towers was a better address. I was considering to move to the CTT in 1997 when I decided to move out of the Mark I, but moved into a house instead. Hard to believe that in that formerly top area, things have gotten this bad! And the prices!! California sounds cheap in comparison! And they have the Ocean, at least.
