The complex is owned by the same guy who owns the Catalina Apt Homes at Jones and Clarice.

This apartment complex is a joke. One of the toilets did not work properly upon moving in to the apartment. We had roach problems as well immediately after move in. They told us our keys would be ready in 20 minutes, we waited over 3 hours before they finally got us the keys to our apartment. We had to wait another 2 weeks before they managed to get us our mailbox key. Then a day later, my car needed registration. I was going to take care of it on payday and had a friend take me to work. The car was parked in my assigned spot. They had it towed with no warning and would not claim any responsibility even after telling me that their policy was to give us a 48 hour warning beforehand. After only 2 weeks of living here I have had nothing but problems from the office. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. It's dirty, they don't fix anything, and they're rude and not even remotely concerned about keeping their tenants happy.
