They didn't require Military to give a deposit, which was a plus, and were good about terminating lease early for military too. Friendly office staff. Not too much of a problem with bugs, maybe a cockroach about once a month. Downfalls: very loud neighbors, overflowing trash bins, not enough parking at all. Everything is well lit, but had problems with whole sections of lights going out, which makes things VERY dark, and makes for a good break in too since no one would see them. Kinda suspicious to me since they'd be out for a few days, then on again. Maitenence is poor. When we moved in, all of a sudden our Air conditioner stopped working, so we had to spend our first night in their "demo" apartment sleeping on the floor. That was strange since they told us it had been working fine while the maitenance crew was putting everything together. Also, our over was not plugged in, and it was extremely difficult to get it plugged back in because it has a short cord (we weren't going to wait several days for them to plug it in for us since we didn't find out about it until we tried making supper). They also forgot to finish putting up the face plates for the light switches and outlets.

The weather seal around the door had been installed wrong, so they came and fixed it, but couldn't get the door to shut, so they hammered the door frame, and the door to make it fit, which made large gashes i the door. They told me they'd be back later to paint over them, then get me a new door, but they never came back. A little while later, the door wouldn't stay shut unless you locked it. The door frame was splintered all the way down, so the door could not latch. Then we had problems with our tiles falling out in our shower, and we kept calling about it, but it never got fixed.

Laundry room is a big pain; you gotta use a special card, which works like a debit card, you put money on it and the washer/dryer scans the card and deducts $0.75 from the balance. The room is not airconditioned, and gets very crowded.

Poeple do not watch their kids here either. I caught a couple trying to break into people's mail boxes. Some parents make their 5 year old kids take the trash out to the garbage bin by themselves at night, which isn't safe.

Also a teen was approached by a group of hispanic guys in the parking lot and pressured to have sex with them when she kept saying no, until a friend of hers saw it and broke it up.

Overall, it has potential, but the people who live there really make it a bad place to live.

A positive note though, it's very close to both Albertsons, Rite Aide, Walgreens, and Smiths.

Also had problems with people honking their horns because they were too lazy to go get the person they were picking up.

Car alarms also a problem!!!
