Despite the looks, this place isnt too bad for the price and area...
The only thing that uses Gas is the heater. I know of a few other resident besides myself that dont even have it turned on, we use space heaters, which is more than enough.
The Hot Water Runs off of a Boiler. Therefore, you could leave the Shower Running 24hrs a day, 7 days a week on the hottest setting and it WILL NOT change temp. :)
The units are 2storys each, moreless a townhome. and only the 3 bedrooms have their own washer/dryer. For everyone else, we get the laundromat which has 5washers and 5 dryers.
