I don't know how long the curent management has been here, but we have lived here for a year now and have had nothing but great service. How someone could have loud neighbors is beyond me, as we have 3 small children next door and never hear them. The walls are all solid and you never hear your neighbors. The recent road construction has sucked, but that will be done soon. It is convienant to get to the strip, airport, etc....

Wow!! Sorry to hear of these problems, Padre! How time flies... I moved into the MARK I TOWER at 1020 D.I. Road just the other day -- on July 2, 1976, to be exact. CCT and MARK I were to of the two top addresses in Las vegas back then in the mid-1970s... Only Regency Towers was a better address. I was considering to move to the CTT in 1997 when I decided to move out of the Mark I, but moved into a house instead. Hard to believe that in that formerly top area, things have gotten this bad! And the prices!! California sounds cheap in comparison! And they have the Ocean, at least.
