we have been satisfied with all. Never have had a problem with the maintenance although we have gone through quite of few office people and/or owners. The landscape has always been kept up. My neighbors have always been decent and friendly. The pool has always been a resort to go and relax, especially in the evenings during the warm months. The tot lot has been convieniant for my 3 little ones. We recently have gotten new owners and from what I have seen they are cleaning up the place where they feel needs to be taken care of. As with almost any complex or area in town there always seems to be families in those neighborhoods we may not agree with but Decatur Villas is changing the few "Riff-Raffs" that were allowed in. I recommmend this place .We have been there since it was brand new and have no plans to relocate unless this new owner chges. the rent. And that is one thing that we have heard. Also late fees are being racked up and not giving pp an opportunity like they have in the past. If this new owner can do his pp right, then he will have a good neighborhood.
