looks like they had my original posting removed. May 15th I showed up to sign a lease on a two bedroom on which I had paid $920. They cashed a check for $790. Two crackheads had broken out the living room window and had been inside for several days. Needless to say we left without signing a lease, but now the company won;t give me my money back. Now under Nevada law they owe me $1580. I sent a demand letter today. I'll update as to their response and conduct and you can decide if you want to use their property management company.
