This is a really convenient place to live if you like crack. There are always a lot of young jobless men hanging out all hours of the day willing to accept donations of whatever you have. In my apartment, just about nothing worked: the bathroom fan, the kitchen sink, the dishwasher. I had to fix the AC myself. The people in the office were real nice, though.
