Deer Creek Apartments

STAY AWAY!!! From: blondejewchiq Date posted: 11/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   i have lived at deer creek for a year now... it sucks... when i first moved in they showed me a nice little model apartment with white walls and new carpet. the bathroom had a nice tub/shower and new floors and the kitchen had all new appliances. when i moved in my unit was the same size with dark green carpet that was covered with stains and coming up in the corners. i have dark wood paneling on the walls with big holes. my closet doesn't close all the way and our oven doesn't even work. the bathroom and kitchen floors are rotting lenolium. my tub has mold in the caulk and the walls are rotting away because my bathroom fan doesn't work and nobody will fix it. the bathroom door is also dark wood but it has white powder on it from mold. deer creek is where you will find one of the worst roach problems in vegas. we have just changed management to pinnacle and there is a woman who doesn't even speak english as the main worker in the office. it takes weeks just to have someone come and change a filter for an ac unit and they will never come to actually fix anything! they are always bitchy when you go to the office to ask for any work order! they just raised the rent again to 615 a month for a studio... that is way too much for the shittiest apartment in vegas! there are cops on our ground arresting people at least twice a night (probably hookers and drug dealers)! enough ranting... this place sucks... the people suck... the staff sucks... it is the most horrible place to live... period!
