This management here is AWUFUL. They sit by the pool waiting for someone to make noise, or do anything that they consider wrong. The pool and gym are only open untill 10:00 and they are STRICT about that too. The maintenece takes forever if it even happens, I have had a leaky sink for 4 months now. When i first moved in my washing machine exploded on the first day I moved in my washing machine broke and flooded my whole apartment, when they came to clean it (the next day) there was a smell already brewing. The guy came in and sucked up the water and stuck fans on it to dry. We still have the same gross feeling carpet and the previous stains are surfacing now. There is constantly construction going on right by our apartment at late late hours. There is alot of animals here (even though they say they dont accept them)and they leave poo poo on the grass. Parking is awesome but there is often people that park in your spot and there is nothing you can do if it is past office hours. They always close the office atleast 15 min early (every day not jsut fridays)sometimes they close even earlier. The dark corridors are often unlit due to the lights going out often, and not fixed for weeks (then they go out again within days) another compalint is that if the person in the apartment above us even moves we can hear it and if they fill a tub or flush it wakes the baby it is so loud. I supose other than that it is great.
