What are these fools talking about on here. I've noticed some postings about this place being terrible, may god help these people. I've lived here since Sept and have had a few work orders and they were fixed within 24 hours. These peeps might be having longer work order times due to not allowing maintenance to accomplish work orders if the resident isn't present. Management gives you the option to have maintenance accomplish work orders with out being present and I have never had a problem. I did have one problem when moving in, the maintenance crew said the apartment was ready to move in, but it wasnt, management looked at the apartment and my move in time was delayed a few days, this wasnt a problem since I had a plenty of time to work with. Smart people wouldnt wait til the last minute and expect everything to be perfect, but it was perfect when I moved in. last but not least, there are a lot of families that live in this apartment comlex and the last time I checked most families have kids (even teenagers) whoopie. The pet issue the one fool mentions is ignorant to say the least, thier are a lot of pets, but I have never seen any off leash unless it's the select few that consider themselves better than everyone else. This area is very diverse in ethnic background, which makes it a great place to live, although you have to deal with some butt heads. The noise is minimal, what is the deal peeps expecting kids not to have fun (they are going to make noise). The only noise problem I've had is a few inconsiderate buttheads that like to yell at each other very occassionally and some fool that thinks they need to slam there apartment door to close (starting to think I need to go show this person how to close a door) lol. plenty of parking, but may need to walk a little bit considering on where you live.
