The Deer Springs Apartments Have been awesome!!! I'm going on year #2 and I can't say enough about the place. Although my family is growing I'm trying to relocate within the property, and there gonna let me. The maintenance crew is phenomenal. On Christmas night there was a water mane break that was flooding the 2 guys that they have were out there within minutes. they called a plumbing co. out and believe it or not the 2 maint. guys had to come fix what the plumber did. if you have a work order its done that day and done right the first time.. The girls in the office are wonderful!! From the moment I met them they make you feel like your very welcomed there and at the end of the day they truly feel like family!! I strongly disagree with thed previous statements. Trust me Im very picky and very hard to please. This place ROCKS!!! oh and another thing is they have a lot of metro living here, that should say something about the place..
