Desert Club is managed by Olen. They are cheap-cheap-cheap. Office Staff must be at minimum wage because they don't care about anyone or anything, just go through the motions.
The maintnence manager (Brian) is a joke, there is NO maintnence folks.
All appliances (Washer/Dryers, stove etc.) are from 1985 (when the property opened)
There was a time they seemed to be more selective about renters. Now, if you can put up initial deposit and rent, you're in.
Your assigned parking' Fuhgeddabout-it. Seems you can park anywhere and inconvenience anyone, the management doesn't care and takes no action.
RENTER, BEWARE!
