Great for near the strip

My #1 advice to ALL renters everywhere--buy renter's insurance!!! Think about this--Your apartment contents may actually exceed the cost of your insured car.
Weve been in this 2BR 2BA for over 3 years now. Pluses--Roman tub, good storage, no dogs, close to strip & airport, free carpet cleaning every 6 months. If you need to/want to live very close to the strip then Desert Club, and the more expensive Meridian next door, are about the only ones that are well designed, well kept and safe enough IMO. My spouse has walked to work (Bellagio swing shift) from here for over 3 years and feels very very safe. I find it quiet here, although I can sometimes hear the upstairs neighbors footsteps and water noises in the pipes. And a bit of airport noise, though I don't really notice it anymore. It does take mgt a long time to repair major things like the pool (but we had 4 other pools to use during the renovation) and the rear entrance gate. But apartment repairs are quick enough.
Ya knowif you speak kindly to any staff member ANYWHERE when you make a request (yeah, I said request, NOT complaint) then you are likely to receive a pleasant response and prompt service. I speak from personal experience and my professional training as well.
A flood from the upstairs water tank breaking was cleaned up and repaired to our liking including all new carpet, kitchen cabinets etc. The law does NOT require apartment owners to pay for damage to your personal property unless negligence can be proven...we carry renter's insurance and I recommend it to EVERYONE. Life isnt perfect and we adults need to protect ourselves in every way possible. The staff here does turn over way too often. We've had 7 managers in the last 3 years.
