I HAVE ONLY BEEN HERE 1 FULL YEAR AND THEY ALLREADY RAISED THE RENT!!!It could go up agian in 6 months. The work out gyms our a nightmare..the Maintenace Crew will only come top your rescue if it is a major emergecy..which is unacceptable.It is also a nightmare...office staff..some are nice and go through the motions.. some just dont give a damn.The walls are paper thin..when ypur neighbor runns the tub forget it you will be up with them also when they walk it will be like a stampede it was for me...The gates are always broken so there is no security both the cars nest to me were vandalized and so was mine.It is not ok to keep these gates broken and open for the dregs of society to come and rob us!!PARKING AREA LIGHTS are sometimes out making it dark to get out of your car.

I doubt you'll have to worry about the rent being raised anymore as Harrah's will probably kick your ass out of your apartment since they now own it and are planning to tear it down.
