I don't know where to begin this review but maybe I'll start with the huge number of cockroaches that run around the apartment. They are just disgusting and yes, they fly too. Watch out when trying to kill one since they may flight on you like it happened to me not to mention the night that I woke up with one running on my arm!!! I jumped out of bed in disbelief.
Everything is old here and management DOES NOT care at all in taking care of the problems. They laugh at you when you insist on a matter. I've been trying to get my A/C fixed for about 2 months now and there is no way I can get maintanance to come fix it. I live on a 2 bedroom apartment and one bedroom freezes while the other doesn't even get cool. Do you know what I was told to fix that problem' "Shut all the vents in all other rooms half way and live the one on the master badroom all open and the air will get there." Unbelievable!!!! Of course this did not and will NEVER work. Simply stated as many other have already said management sucks!!! Don't expect to get anything fixed on your apt.
My dishwasher which i never use was used one day by my sister and guess what'''' The kitchen turned into a pool of foam. Of course we couln'd get management to come fix it. After all this problems, my sister and I have decided to move out next month. We are on a month to month basis anyway so why keep giving this -------s money'''
Advice is to NEVER rent this place if you wanna avoid lots of headache.
