| | Cons:
Noisy neighbors.
Poor upkeep of grounds, usually littered with trash and dog waste.
Most appliances need replacement.
Roach infestation.
Difficult and expensive to keep the Apartment cool during peak summer.
Constantly changing rental fees.
Police has a permanent barracks here.
Pros:
Children are well behaved.
