	These apartment are nice for low income families. There are lots of children running around, and yes they are loud. They do have a roach problems inside of the apartments. Grounds aren't kept up very well. Maintance is very good ... more

	Where to start? Loud parties outside day and night, car stereos so loud they make the paper thin walls vibrate, unsupervised kids everywhere and damaging cars in parking lot with bicycles and soccer balls, and now, a roach problem! Grass ... more

	we moved here all the way from SC and had to find a place via internet. what a mistake!! this place is awful. the kids are very rowdy and unsupervised, they sit outside till all hours of the morning cussing ... more
