 THESE APARTMENTS MIGHT AS WELL HAVE BEEN MADE WITH CONSTRUCTION PAPER. THE NOISE FROM NEIGHBORS DOWN OR UPSTAIRS IS UNBEARABLE. yOU CAN LITERALLY HEAR EACHOTHERS CONVERSATIONS. THAT IS HOW POORLY BUILT THESE ARE. I WAS READY TO LEAVE THE DAY ... more
