Lets start with the office staff. ----- is very nice---while he is trying to get you to lease. After that he was never friendly again. The two other leasing agents are rude, have no people skills or personality what so ever. The manager, --------, has no clue. You might as well talk to a brick wall.

It takes maintenance two weeks to fix anything and that is only after you call in three times asking why they haven't come out yet. When they do show up they only fix about 50% of the problems. We finally gave up!

Parking is ok. One assigned parking per apartment but plenty of extra parking. Don't ask for help when someone parks in your reserved parking spot. They don't jump to help you out!

Noisey neighbors. We have been having issues with our neighbors for seven months now but can't get any help with that. They just tell you to call the police but it takes them three hours to show up. This responisibilty should fall more on management as the police have more pressing things to handle than noise complaints. Once again, might as well talk to a wall. They do not care.


As soon as our year lease is up we will be moving. Alot of the neighbors say the same thing. If you don't mind impersonal or no service at all, noisey neighbors, and dog mess everywhere then move in. Otherwise I would suggest going on down the road.
