Where do I start''' Let me start by saying this is the most horrible place I have ever lived. About two months after we moved in I opened the blinds on my sliding glass door and noticed that the drywall above my was wet and green. I called the office and was told by one of the unfriendly agents that someone would be there to look at it. To make a long story short the apartment above mine wasn't sealed properly and everytime it rained it drained into my apartment making the drywall wet and moldy. It took a full year for them to totally fix this issue. Next on my list of horrors is my apartment is now become inhabitated by mice. They have removed 6 dead mice from my apartment and everytime Jenny the Manager/Brain Surgeon blames me for this. I must be leaving my door open too long, there isn't any other way the mice could be getting in. Even though they have never checked the outside of the building to see if there is a vent that is not covered. That is their moto at the office "it's YOUR fault" The maintenance men, all they do all day is smoke cigarettes and drive their little carts like they are in NASCAR.They never respond to calls in a timely manner. Every once in a while they get a good maintenance person but they quit REAL fast. The class of people that have been moving in has gone down drastically. They play loud music from the time they wake up till 2 or 3 in the morning. When do they work'' Or do they''' Not to mention cars being vandalized and two people murdered in the past six months. The employees of this complex all need to be fired starting with the manager. If you move here you will regret it like everyone else that is stuck.

I totally agree that management sucks, and also maintenence. They don't care, and if you call everything is your fault. I have lived here going on 6 years, and I remember when the sprinklers would run all week-end, I mean all week-end, and you could call and call and they would do nothing, nothing, wasted so much of our water... lousy place to live...

I agree with the vandalizing. I havent heard about the murders... Don't know about that. Butit seems to be a theme of being very unsafe here

you know i remember having some neighbors i think the apartment was 1091 or something, with kids that would always be kicking the sprinkler heads off and vandalizing the property. i went to the office to complain but i dont know what happened i think they moved out.

It's so amusing that the employees are spending their time online reading the bad reviews of them and are responding back as tenants to make things seem better than they really are. It is obvious this complex is crap and will always be crap. They should all get real jobs.... No, they can't do that, to have a real job they need brains... No brains in that office......
