I live on the North property. I have two main problems: management & maintenance. I would not recommend this property to anyone.

The problems began at move in. The carpet is very light beige. There were many stains just in the dining and living room areas. From what I can tell they are red wine, coffee and some other very dark stains. Asked management (several times) to clean carpet so that we wouldn't be charged at move out. 8 months later and the stains are still here. The carpets were never cleaned.

The stove/oven was not hooked up at move in and there was a gas leak. A maintenance member came to fix it. The oven still has a gas leak. I haven't used the oven ever :-(.

Our AC has had numerous problems. Maintenance has tried to fix it, but they just leave frustrated and confused because they don't know what's wrong. They SHOULD hire a contractor, but they haven't. Instead maintenance does not come when we have a problem- AC related or others. By the way, our AC is still broken. We would pay for it to be fixed, but that's not our job.

We needed an AC filter changed (which maintenance will do). I called the management office every other day for a week. They said they couldn't MAKE maintenance come by. All they could do was page them. Ok. So why do I bother to put in work orders if they're not going to come'

This is another HUGE problem. Management will only page maintenance. If maintenance decides to ignore the radio page (on walkie talkies) then they wont come.

We have not had a problem with crime, yet. I understand other reviewers complaints though. The layout of the North property has many dark places. I will not go outside by myself at night.
