They rent their apartments without making the necessary repairs and then make the new resident wait forever for such repairs. The people at times are noisy, but management does nothing about it. It is all about the outside ooks - butr if your patio is filty, they don't care. Nor do they care if the appliances work etc. Refigerators are very small, as is the dishwasher. The air conditioners work for a couple of weeks then do not work. It is a lousy apartment for the dollar. No one in the office cares - it is all lip service to get you in. Once you sign the lease, they could care less about you or your place.
