When you first come into the office you are approached by some PHONY guy named -----. If you have any problems, leaky faucet, broken A/C, dishwasher don't bother calling because phony ----- will lie and say they are on their way and they never show up. This complex operates like it is in the hood. Roaches all over the place, old broken appliances,vandalisim. You could call the office employees Slum Lords. I bought a new home and live in a wonderful neighborhood with absolutely no trouble. I feel sorry for anyone who lives there they should get out now, you could rent a house for the same amount and not have to deal with the slimy worthless people who call themselves employess of Olen. If Olen knew how badly their property was being managed they would clean house literally. Stay away and if you can't move out soon.
