Some of what is said in other peoples reviews are true. I have not seen animal pooh on the north side it is well maintained which the maintenance guy cleans every morning on the north side. I Had an incident with one of my neighbors she was very rude when i was moving in as well as maintenance does take a while to come out i did have to call more then once which i did not need maintenance to much just once or twice any way. My apartment was well maintained. I don't like one of the leasing guys in the main office because he was some what rude on the phone to me but when i told him flat out where to go (& the reason for him working there) he has been nice ever since. So if you are thinking about moving in here take this as advice, i would recommend live on the north side or not to close to the south side pool area. The couple times i did go on the south side to go to the pool young teens, kids and adults made so much noise that i was glad i did not live on that side. Despite what i wrote i love living @ Durango Canyon It is one of the greener apartment places in Las Vegas i've seen and coming from Hawai'i u need some green. Also the 2 bedroom apartments are beautiful i have not found one that even adds up to the one i have now (price and all). If i do decide to move out of Durango Canyon it will be because there is no garages and i found a better deal w/ a garage attached/detached. I Don't like covered parking never have (never had any problem w/ my stale) because of dust.
