The staff changes and no one remembers all those oral agreements off the books - they lie - the appliances are substandard and repaired to death - held together by band aides- microwave probably leaks radiation - oven cannot cook a roast - garbage disposal clogs all the time - flooring is cheap and ugly - tile never comeclean - bathrooms have mold - probably has mold in the walls where one can see the wood has water damage - the patio upstairs leaks terribly downstairs when it rains - the parking lots are too small - your car will get 20 new dings a year - but the office does not care - they will pay pay the damages to your car - but will charge you for all their overhead when you move out - claiming you did the damage - so you subsidize their overhead - carpets are cheap - and stains from previous owners keep coming back - paint all over the patio - they would not clean away - so it looks ghetto - they allow many to live here like pigs - some even changing a 3 bedroom to a 4 bedroom - yeah - they allow them to make a bedroom in the dining room - garbage is overflowing - garbage trucks come at 6 am and wake you up on weekends - pools are shallow and full of child piss - your upstairs neighbor may have many in there who work different shiffs - so you downstairs can hear people up and around more than 20 hours a day - doesn't matter if you cannot sleep - the office people can - there is no where the kids can go - so they play outside your bedroom windows - screaming all the time - the gates break all the time - no security - we have had murders come hide in here for days before they are caught - shootings on the street behind the place - people killed all over the street at Peace Way light - cars stolen - damaged in the middle of the night - wires ripped out - it is a ghetto compound - and one I am glad to have left - nothing about it is worth the rent - they are charging more for less - the palce is very substandard. I didn't think it was that bad. Landlords aren't required to honor oral agreements because all interest in land must be in writing. Also never once saw a band aid on my appliances. Maybe you are thinking of another apartment.
