I have lived in Durango Canyon on the south side for over a year I have needed maintenance 2 times for minor things They were at my apt within 2 hours of my going to the office to inform them I needed their help The staff is friendly and have always treated me respectfully The tenants on the other hand are irresponsible They allow their children to play in the parking lots damaging cars and disreguarding oncoming traffic Sometimes even appearring to attempt to be hit by an aproaching car Like in any community that allows dogs there are some dogs that bark when the owners leave them alone Check your apt location before renting The irresponsible pet owners here on the south side allow their cats and dogs to crap outside and don't pick it up This has brought rats to the community I have seen them here feasting on the pet crap on the ground I have also seen them scaling the exterior walls of the buildings as high as the roof tiles so open second floor windows and balcony doors are easily accessible to them
