The walls are paper thin here. You can hear just about everything. I'm awaken at 4:00 every morning by the neighbors stereo upstairs. I can hear them walking, laughing, talking etc. It sucks.
Outside the grounds are pretty but they allow pets here and many residents don't pick up after there pets. So forget about walking in the grass - or your children playing in it. Believe me - I know.
There are also ants here all the time and plenty of pigeon droppings on the sidewalk. The don't ever clean that up.
If you must live here - move upstairs.
Overall this is too expensive.
