Eagle Crest Apartment Homes was recently taken over by Stout Management Company. They have an entire new staff that looks eager to turn this community around. They have just remodeled the main Clubhouse and it is a thing of beauty. There are still some issues at hand such as noise, overflowing trash and pets throughout the community. But the new staff just implemented a new pet policy - pets only on the exterior buildings, $50.00 fine for not picking up after you pet and so forth. I think in 3 to 6 months this community will be a wonderful place to live. In just the last 2 months I have seen a major improvement and will continue my stay here at Eagle Crest.
