$80.00 APPLICATION RIP-OFF!!!!!! / SCAM!!!! From: Adisgruntled1 Date posted: 2/18/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   DON'T LOOSE YOUR MONEY! DON'T BELIEVE ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU ABOUT WORKING OUT ANY PROBLEMS, IT'S A LIE!! That's why it takes 6 full time employees on site to sell you a dream that doesn't come true. Why would so many people be constantly moving out anyhow' How bad is this place' These are things I didn't consider, Don't make my mistake. Being new to LV I didn't realize all the application SCAMES that were going on here. If they can find ANYTHING AT ALL on you OR your co-applicants history you WILL BE DENIED acceptance and loose your fee. That's why they charge both you and your co-applicant $80.00 for a report that costs $10.00. They'll tell you they're looking for one number on your credit rating, then screw you on another which they won't tell you what it is. They won't even tell you what the problem is. They'll just give you a form to complain to the credit adjency which takes weeks to get back with no results. I was promised all kinds of BS buy Joyce (ONE OF THE CON TEAM), then told OVER THE PHONE by DANIELLE CHEVALIER-BROWN the community manager/con team manager that my application was denied even though I was going to pay my whole lease plus security up front. HOW CAN YOU BEAT THAT!!!!! Well they did! They found some kind of blemmish, somewhere, which they won't tell me what it is, or how to fix it OR work it out. I STILL DON'T HAVE ANY IDEA WHAT IT COULD BE! They pushed me off to some other manager named JAREN BRADLEY who isn't around and still has not returned my phone calls. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!!!! Please read other complaints.
