A VERY UNSAFE PLACE TO LIVE.....

A YEAR AGO I MOVED IN TO EAGLE CREST AND I HAVE TO TELL YOU IT HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE. FORM THE VERY GET GO WE HAD PROBLEMS. AND STILL TO THIS DAY A YEAR LATER AND MANY ATTEMPTS TO GET IT ACTIVATED WE STILL HAVE NO ALARM SYSTEM. DO THEY EVEN WORK' NOW LIVING HERE THE FIRST YEAR I HAD MY CAR STOLEN, AND NOW MY NEW CAR WAS BROKEN INTO. WHERE IS THE SECURITY''''' KIDS RUN WILD CATS AS WELL AND YET NOONE SAYS ANYTHING. THE WATERING SYSTEM IS AWFUL THEY WATER AT LATE HOURS SPRINKLERS ARE ALWAYS BROKEN SO THEY SHOOT 20 FEET HIGH OVER PALM TREES AND HIT YOUR WINDOWS WAKING YOU UP EVERYNIGHT WHEN THEY WATER AT 3AM.. TALK ABOUT A WASTE OF WATER AND GUESS WHAT WE PAY FOR THAT AS WELL. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE AND I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOW'S HOW UNSAFE YOUR APARTMENTS TRULLY ARE.......

All these bad reviews and I have to agree with all!!! Moved in and yes they do have a pest problem heck yeah big pests roaches that they say its normal in vegas.... Huh nice to know that, thats what they think about this town that its infested with roaches... I'm pretty sure its just there complex. And the watering of the lawns with the sprinklers broken is all too true I not surprised thats why they have so many of these roaches running around. Good thing I plan to leave soon! If I were you I wouldn't even bother with these people.

WELL I DO AGREE TO ALL BAD COMMENTS TO THIS APT.COMPLEX!BELIEVE ME WE LEFT THERE AND STILL CHARGING US WITH STUFF I SUPPOSE THE SECURITY DEPOSIT WOULD GO TO.ABOVE ALL THIS PLACE HAS THE WORSE MANAGEMENT!THEY DON'T FREAKIN CARE ABOUT TENANTS!I STRONGLY BELIEVE THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE ABORTED!TO ALL PEOPLE BEING LURED BY GOOD COMMENTS C'MON THINK TWICE!NOT BECAUSE THEY SO IT'S OK BELIEVE US MORE WHO STAYED THERE WITH BAD NIGHTMARES ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A KID!THIS PLACE IS HIGHLY UNRECOMMENDABLE I REPEAT NOT RECOMMENDED!PEOPLE DON'T LET THIS APT.GET ON YOUR WAY AND YOU'LL BE SCREWED!
