Maintenance could use some work.

This is my second run in with maintenance and my second problem. The first was days after we moved in May '06, our air conditioner was on the fritz. The maintenece staff said they had fixed it, then when we turned it on it was heat instead of cool. I had to call the emergency number (my toddler was sick and running a fever) he then told me he couldn't fix it because he had to go pick up his girlfriend from the nail salon. Then today I call because there's a leak in the master bedroom, after coming in and looking at it for 15 minutes the same guy told me he didn't know where the leak was coming from, he had to get his supervisor and he'd be right back. I had to call an hour and a half later to get him back because there was a hole in my wall that my son could get into. It's not fixed and the drywaller "may" be here tomorrow, they're "not sure". I hate this maintenance guy and refuse to deal with him anymore.
Also, when I called the rental office to find out when he was coming back to my house the person there acted like it was a huge inconvenience.
I love this apartment, where it's located, the price but the customer service sucks here.
