Bad Exit From: Tiffspencer Date posted: 2/6/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   The information we received when we our contract. First when we moved in it was infested with cockroaches. We order the pesticide treatment and they forgot. I took three weeks for us sprayed. Then when we signed the contract they said if things were clean that we would get our deposit back. We were only there three weeks. They failed to mention that we had to schedule a walk through in advance this is my first time renting. So I was unaware of this. When we moved out we spent our whole saturday cleaning the apartment, scrubbing out everything, even shampooing the carpet. I had to call them more then 5 times and come in the office before any one would work with me to schedule a walk through. When we went through they said even though we had shampooed the carpet and cleaned the carpet we had to pay for there cleaning and carpet shampooing fee. I couldn't believe the treatment.
